The plastic Deck Rail is a continuous spacer for formwork applications, designed with pairs of vertical legs at approximately 75mm centres and an additional leg central. The 1100mm length is designed to be snapped in half to create two 550mm long sections or moulded into other lengths as noted below. The Deck Rail is one of the most versatile spacers that is strong and stable while providing minimum exposure. The male to female clip-in connection at opposing ends allows for joining of continuous lengths or can be used individually. Deck Rails eliminate the need to clip bar chairs onto the reinforcement as well as ‘chairing-up’ after reinforcement has been laid. Ideal for suspended decks, columns, precast or tilt-up panels, exposed in-situ elements, precast beams, and slabs on blinding concrete. Available in heights from 20mm to 75mm in 5mm increments. Note: Where there are concentrated loads the 1100mm long Deck Rail can be joined end on end (male to female) to form a circle of approximately 350mm diameter.

Product held in-stock is moulded in a light grey colour, however we can mould in white, black and other colours, subject to minimum order requirements. All sizes can be moulded in lengths of 350, 500, 800, subject to minimum order requirements.
